SEPTEMBER 2008 – Group Entry: In a Moment

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• ‘In a Moment’ will run from Wednesday 3rd to Saturday 20th September 2008, with opening celebrations on Saturday 6th September.
• The exhibition theme is based on images created using instant film such as polaroid or fujifilm. To keep with the theme all work exhibited must be original images.
• Interested parties should email a brief paragraph and a sample of images to be exhibited (300dpi jpeg). This information maybe used for print and web promotion of the exhibition.
• The exhibition fee is $80 per artist and must be paid before 3rd September 2008. The fee covers line listings, printing of invitations, use of frames, opening night expenses and gallery staffing. Commission on sales will be 20%.
• Accepted artist may supply up to four works. It will be the gallery’s discretion as to which images will be selecting for hanging. Any images not selected for hanging will be available for viewing during the exhibition.
• PhotoSpace will provide frames during the exhibition. Images must be presented on 13” x 16” matt boards.
• Posted works can be sent to PhotoSpace PO Box 1612, Collingwood VIC 3066 to arrive before Friday 29 August or delivered to 34 Dight Street, Collingwood on Saturday 30 August between 1pm and 3pm.
• Unsold work not collected by 31 October 2008 will become the property of PhotoSpace and disposed of however the gallery sees fit.
• All care will be taken while work is at PhotoSpace however it is the artist responsibility to insure their work.
